Sign our guest book at the gallery front desk with a comment about your experience of the exhibition. Upon completion, verify your task by the gallery attendant.

OR

Visit the AHVA Gallery in the Audain Art Centre and check in on social media. Upon completion, verify your task by the gallery attendant.

BEATY BIODIVERSITY MUSEUM

2212 Main Mall
Whale Station, Tues – Sun 10am – 5pm

Attend one of the daily programs off­ered by the museum, such as a tour or a hands-on activity — schedule and info at beatymuseum.ubc.ca/calendar. Let the volunteer/staff member know to acquire stamp.

OR

Tag a photo of your favourite specimen from the museum on Twitter or Instagram with #beatymuseum. Upon completion, show your post to a volunteer at the whale station.

CHAN CENTRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

Who can complete the challenge?

This contest is open to current UBC students, staff & faculty (valid UBC ID is required when submitting your stamped passport) and alumni (valid driver’s license is required when submitting your stamped passport). Other individuals are welcome to complete the passport, but will not be entered into the draws. Only one submitted passport per individual.

How do you collect stamps/stickers?

Stamps/Stickers can be collected by completing the associated challenge at participating venues between Sept. 1st and Oct. 31st. Collect your stamps/stickers at the locations and times noted in the venue descriptions. You must prove that you completed the challenge to get the stamp/sticker (usually this means showing your completed task to the staff or volunteer at the venue)

How do the prizes work?

The Grand prize draw will include all eligible booklets that contain 12 or more stamps/stickers, the second draw will include all eligible booklets that contain 5 or more stamps/stickers (including those who did not win in the first draw) The draws will only contain eligible booklets that are received before 6pm, Oct. 31st at the UBC Welcome Centre, 1st Floor Welcome Desk, 6163 University Boulevard, Vancouver BC, V6T 1Z1. Any additional costs or expenses incurred redeeming the prize(s) that are not specifically covered by the prize are the responsibility of the winners.

Can you tell me the standard liability piece?

None of the participating venues, UBC, alumni UBC, prize contributors or their respective agents or representatives shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to a prize awarded in the contest.
